How long we keep it
Order data stays as long as accounting law requires, then gets deleted. Account data stays until you close your account. Analytics data stays 14 months.
Your rights

Security
Woolmere collects no bank card, payment card, or other financial card data of any kind, as checkout is limited exclusively to Cash on Delivery, paid directly to the courier upon receipt, and Direct Bank Transfer, with transfer details supplied in the order confirmation email; consequently no cardholder-data environment exists and no card-processing compliance obligations apply to this store.
