Every rug page states the material, size and weave, and how it holds up underfoot. Compare, read the reviews, add to cart.

Order
Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number follows right away.

Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cutoff leave the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Use and return
Follow the care instructions that ship with the rug. Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days under the conditions on the Returns page.
Standards we hold to
Wool, Jute and Cotton Only
No synthetic pile, no glued-on fiber. Each rug is spun and knotted from natural fiber, so it holds shape and takes daily foot traffic.
Hand-Knotted, Not Machine-Punched
Each knot is tied by hand, row by row. That construction is what keeps a rug lying flat for years instead of curling at the edges.
Every Rug Checked Before Dispatch
Before a rug leaves our warehouse, we lay it flat, check the edges, count knot rows and look for dye bleed or loose fringe.
Rolled and Boxed for the Trip
Rugs are rolled face-in, wrapped in breathable cloth, then boxed. That keeps the pile from creasing and the corners from getting crushed in transit.
Common questions
How do I know what size rug fits my room?Measure your floor space first, then leave at least a hand's width of floor showing around the rug edge. Our product pages list the exact rug dimensions in centimetres, not just small, medium or large.
How is my rug packed and how long does delivery take?Every rug is rolled face-in, wrapped, then boxed to protect the pile and corners. Order before 11:00 on a business day and it ships that same day; exact delivery timing and shipping cost are listed on our delivery page.
Can I return a rug if it does not fit my room?Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused rug in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.
